My name is Wellington Duarte, and I am an LMS Developer and Social Architect. I don’t just “build course websites”.
My focus is on creating a complete structure that works in the real world.
Since 2015, I have been working directly with clients in the UK, many from London, Manchester, Liverpool, and several other regions. With this experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the needs of British clients, which differ from the rest of Europe.
Beyond building the full structure of online courses and communities, I ensure that my clients’ platforms are developed in line with current legal requirements, such as UK GDPR, accessibility standards, and data security. My work goes beyond good design, it’s about building a functional, reliable structure.
